 Nifty Rally

 Nifty had made its low 15200 on 17th July 2022 and today's talk of nifty is going on 17345 and date is August  1, 2022 So far 2145 points have been seen in nifty. Nifty continued to run right from 15200 to 16000, but as soon as the month of results came, Nifty has seen a one-sided rise from 16000 and Nifty reached 17345.

Now the thing comes that despite there being so much inflation in the market, why there is such a rise in Nifty, if we talk about the global economy, then it is nowhere that inflation is not in the economy.  Inflation is being seen in all the economies and every country is struggling with inflation and despite the inflation being so much, the market is growing so fast.  Why so?

The main reason for this is that the prices of commodities which had increased due to Russia and Ukraine are slowly coming down, due to which the market is getting support and dollar index is related to every currency.  Now the dollar index is also coming down gradually, so both these things are giving positive strength to the market and short covering is being seen in the market.

Inflation is still up and the Reserve Bank of the world is increasing the rate, so it will control inflation, but not so soon.Inflation will not come under control so quickly because US inflation is 9.1% and the Federal Reserve is targeting inflation.  To bring in 2%, the Federal Reserve will continue to hike rates until the 2% inflation target is reached.

And let's talk about India's inflation is  7.1% and RBI's target is to bring inflation from 2 to 6 percent, then it is also far away.And talk about the price of crude oil, the price of crude oil is still running above $100, so the position is still there but the India market has gained 14% from the our low . And now the talk about US market . US market is also recover from the low level and give the 10.87% rally .

But it is said that history does repeat itself.

Two years after it announced plans to reduce corporate tax rate to 25 per cent, the government today said any such reduction can come after the spread of personal income tax is increased and more people pay taxes.
